        • FOR CRUISE GUESTS: You will meet in downtown Progreso. Once you disembark from the ship, head directly to the Auto Progreso FREE shuttle area and board the FREE shuttle. The shuttle will make two stops: 1. The first stop is the Auto Progreso Bus Terminal, located downtown on Street 77, between Streets 80 and 82. 2. The second stop is the Handcraft Market, located on Street 78, between Streets 75 and 71. No matter which location you get off at, the SHORE EXCURSIONS MEXICO representative will be waiting for you. The only authorized individuals to greet guests and ensure service are Jose Arenas, Cristobal Figueroa, Bianca Crisanty, and Sallie Againts-Hirst. FOR HOTEL GUESTS: you will meet your local shore excursions mexico representative at your hotel´s lobby.
